How it works

01

Create your account

Choose a venue workspace and add your venue name, location and contact details. Use your existing Gig Guide account if you already have one.

  • Have your profile name and location ready.
  • Add the details people need to find and contact you.
02

Design your profile

Open Profile & Theme to choose a starting style. Add your photos, colours and type, then refine the profile and discovery card together.

  • Check both desktop and mobile previews.
  • Review your details and visibility in the Publish step. Public visibility waits for administrator approval.
03

Plan shows

Find artists, discuss dates in Messages and manage inquiries within Bookings. Agree the show details before confirming.

  • Review booking requests and any counterproposals.
  • Check your calendar before agreeing a date.
04

Publish events

Create an event, add the date, location and lineup, and choose a card layout that suits the show. Preview the result before making it public.

  • Share your published event with your audience.
  • Keep details current and review recorded engagement.

Questions

Can I use an existing account?

Yes. If you are already signed in, you can add the new artist or venue profile to that account, or create a separate login for it.

When does my profile become public?

New profiles stay private until a Gig Guide administrator approves them. After approval, use Publish in Profile & Theme to choose public visibility.

Where do artist inquiries go?

Artist inquiries live within Bookings. Use Messages for the conversation and Bookings to manage requests and agreed show details.

Can I update a published show?

Yes. Open Events, use the actions menu and choose Manage to review and update the show. Keep your audience informed when plans change.
